The best part of the local white grape are selected and used to produce this product, the method of crushing is soft and slow, the liquid obtained is clear/yellow which is then filtered, after this stage the liquid is centrifuged in order to make it dense without he use of it which would alter the quality, at this stage the "must of grape" is then transferred into selected ash wooden casks for about 5 years.
An extra 3 years of ageing gives this product just the perfection needed, soft and mellow, rich and fruity, ideal with fresh fruits.
