"Prelibato" White Balsamic Vinegar

The best part of the local white grape are selected and used to produce this product, the method of crushing is soft and slow, the liquid obtained is clear/yellow which is then filtered, after this stage the liquid is centrifuged in order to make it dense without he use of it which would alter the quality, at this stage the "must of grape" is then transferred into selected ash wooden casks for about 5 years.
The choice of ash wood is based on its quality for the aroma realised to the product. "Prelibato" is natural, it does not contain any other ingredients apart for "grape must".
Ideal on all types of fish, molluscs, caviar, boiled potatoes, roasted tomatoes and pepers as well as fresh fruits and salads.
